Understanding our refund and return procedures

Overview

At Rangecrappealing, we strive to provide exceptional event and photo zone decoration services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this return policy to ensure a fair process for all our valued clients.

Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel your event decoration booking, please notify us as soon as possible:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for refunds due to preparation costs already incurred

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your event decoration service:

  • One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the original event date
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a 15% rebooking fee
  • Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original booking date

Prop and Accessory Rentals

For rental items including props, backdrops, and photo zone accessories:

  • All rental items must be returned in their original condition
  • Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost
  • Late returns incur a daily fee of 10% of the rental price
  • Security deposits are refunded within 5 business days after successful return inspection

Purchased Items

For decorative items and accessories purchased outright:

  • Unused items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

Service Dissatisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our decoration services:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your event with specific concerns
  • Provide photographs documenting any issues
  • We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution
  • Partial refunds or service credits may be offered based on the nature of the concern

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events that prevent service delivery:

  • Full refunds or complimentary rescheduling will be offered
  • We will communicate promptly about any such situations
