Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rangecrappealing website (rangecrappealing.world) and our event decoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

Rangecrappealing provides event decoration and photo zone styling services, including but not limited to:

Photo zone design and setup
Backdrop installations
Balloon arrangements and garlands
Prop and accessory rentals
Custom signage and decorations
Event styling consultation

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor quoted prices.

Rental Items

When renting props and decorations from Rangecrappealing:

All items remain the property of Rangecrappealing
You are responsible for items from delivery until pickup
Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement cost
Items must not be modified, painted, or altered
Items should be used indoors unless specified otherwise

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event receive a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Rangecrappealing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rangecrappealing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Changes to Terms
